Thank you for shopping with Warfront Studio. Below you will find information about how we process and ship orders.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
UK Shipping
We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping Rates (UK):
- £4.99 flat rate on orders under £50
- Free shipping on orders over £50
Estimated delivery time (UK):
- Dispatch time: 1–3 working days
- Delivery time after dispatch: 2–3 working days
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping using Royal Mail International services.
Estimated delivery times:
- 5–15 working days after dispatch (varies by destination)
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal delays.
Tracking information will be provided for international shipments where available.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.
Orders may be considered lost if:
- The delivery is overdue by 10 working days or more beyond the expected delivery date.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realise an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
