Refund & Returns Policy

At Warfront Studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You then have 14 days to return the item to us.
Items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Our 30-Day Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns period from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return within 30 days:
- Items must be unopened
- Items must be unused
- Packaging must remain intact
- Products must be in resaleable condition
If these conditions are not met, we may be unable to accept the return.
Defective or Missing Parts
On the very rare occasion you receive a defective frame (sprue) or missing component, please contact us and we will replace it.
To request a replacement:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defective or missing part
We will arrange a replacement part as quickly as possible.
Opened kits will only be eligible for return or replacement if defective.
Return Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping costs for eligible returns.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened products (unless defective)
- Products damaged after opening due to assembly or misuse
- Items returned without prior contact
- Items not in resaleable condition
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
