We want you to know exactly where your miniatures are in development. Below, you'll find the latest progress on each of our hard-plastic infantry kits, from the first digital sculpts right through to shipping them to your doorstep.
Production involves several different stages, and some of these can happen alongside one another. Dates are our current estimates and may change as manufacturing progresses. We'll keep this page updated as milestones are reached.

US INFANTRY
Our first hard-plastic infantry kit.

Our first physical plastic production samples have arrived! Sample frames have also been sent out for review, marking a huge milestone for Warfront Studio. With our masters created and painted, we're now preparing for the arrival of the finished product and customer dispatch.

02 // HARD-PLASTIC INFANTRY

Sculpting is complete, and Archon Studio has finalised our production designs. Frame layout is now underway, and our physical masters have already been created and painted. We're working towards receiving our first plastic samples on 10 November, with the finished products expected on 17 November.

SCULPTING IN PROGRESS
Work on our British Infantry continues, with sculpting and design refinements currently underway. We're incorporating feedback from the community to improve the accuracy and detail of the kit before moving on to manufacturing approval.

We'll publish a revised shipping estimate as the kit progresses through design approval.

01 // Sculpting
Our digital sculptors create the miniatures, weapons and equipment, refining them until we're happy with the final designs.
02 // Files Approved
The digital models are reviewed and approved for manufacturing, including the final layout of components where required.
03 // Masters Created
Physical master miniatures are produced for painting, photography and final presentation.
04 // Masters Painted
Our painters bring the miniatures to life, giving us finished models for packaging and promotional photography.
05 // Boxes Ordered
Packaging artwork is completed and printed boxes are ordered in preparation for release.
06 // Samples Received
We receive physical production samples, allowing us to inspect the plastic components before customer fulfilment.
07 // Product Received
The finished production stock arrives with us, ready for packing and dispatch.
08 // Shipping to Customers
The final stage! Orders begin leaving Warfront Studio and making their way to your tabletop.

All future dates shown on this page are our current planned dates, rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Production timelines can change as designs are refined, manufacturing is completed and stock is transported.
