Warfront Weekly Update

Welcome to the first of what we hope will become a regular series of weekly development updates.

Before we begin, a quick apology! These updates are likely to be a little text-heavy. Rather than simply showing a few renders each week, we want to use these posts to give you a genuine look behind the scenes at how Warfront Studio is being built, what we're working on, the challenges we're facing, and where the project is heading next.

If you've been following us on social media, you'll already know that the Western PMC kit has become our primary focus following the successful launch of the US Infantry pre-order. Over the past week we've made significant progress across almost every area of the kit.

Western PMC Development

This week has largely been about expanding the core component library.

The sculpting work has continued across:

• Modular rifle arm combinations
• Support weapon options
• Utility and pistol arms
• Head variants
• Torso options
• Leg poses
• Equipment and accessories

One of our biggest design goals remains flexibility. Rather than producing a kit that only builds one very specific type of contractor, we're aiming to create a parts library that gives you the freedom to build everything from private security teams and military contractors through to special operations-inspired forces and modern irregular units.

As you'll have seen from this week's renders, the amount of content in the kit continues to grow rapidly. While there's still a lot of refinement ahead of us, we're very pleased with how the project is progressing.

Community Feedback

One of the biggest advantages of developing these kits publicly is that the community gets the opportunity to influence the final product before the steel tooling is cut.

Over the past week we've received dozens of suggestions, covering everything from weapon options and equipment through to pose ideas and future factions.

Not every suggestion will make it into this kit, but every one is considered, and many have already influenced the direction of the project.

Behind the Scenes

Not all of our time has been spent sculpting.

Alongside the PMC development we've continued working on several areas of the business behind the scenes, including retailer outreach, marketing plans, website improvements, photography planning and preparing future content for both the website and social media.

Building Warfront isn't just about producing miniatures, it's about building a company capable of supporting them for years to come, and if you are reading this blog post, thank you for being part of it.

Looking Ahead

Our immediate priority remains pushing the Western PMC kit towards completion, and over the coming weeks you'll begin seeing more complete assemblies rather than individual components.

We're also continuing early planning for the kits that will follow, while keeping a close eye on community feedback to help prioritise future releases.
