WARFRONT STUDIO // MONDAY MEETING
US INFANTRY IS ALMOST HERE!
Rules Progress & Release Schedule Updates
Hello Everyone!
Welcome back to another Monday Meeting!
We've got quite a bit to talk about this week, including some exciting news about our US Infantry, an update on the Warfront ruleset, and some changes to our upcoming release schedule.
So, let's get stuck in!
01 // PRODUCTION UPDATE
US INFANTRY: THE WAIT IS ALMOST OVER!
It's finally happening!
After months of development, sculpting, tooling, production and more than a few lessons learned along the way, our very first hard-plastic infantry kit is almost ready to ship!
We're expecting our first production samples to arrive this Wednesday, and assuming everything looks good, we'll be getting straight to work on sending the first boxes out.
Deployment Schedule
We're incredibly excited to finally get these miniatures into your hands!
To everyone who has placed a pre-order, shared our posts, followed the development process or simply offered a few words of encouragement, thank you.
When we started Warfront, the idea of bringing modern infantry to the tabletop in hard plastic was something we were incredibly passionate about. Seeing that first kit become a physical product is a huge milestone for us.
And, of course, this is only the beginning!
We'll be sharing more photographs and updates once the production samples arrive on Wednesday, so keep an eye on our social media!
02 // GAME DEVELOPMENT
WARFRONT RULES: ALMOST READY FOR TESTING!
Now, onto something we've been working on quietly behind the scenes.
The first draft of the Warfront rules is almost complete!
Of all the projects we're currently working on, this is probably the one we're most nervous about.
Making miniatures is one thing. Making a tabletop game that people genuinely enjoy playing is an entirely different challenge!
We're under no illusions that our first draft will be perfect. In fact, it's still a long way from being the polished game we ultimately want to deliver.
But that's exactly why we're taking our time.
Before we begin public playtesting, we want to make sure the foundations are as strong as possible. Once testing begins, we'll be listening closely to feedback, identifying what works, changing what doesn't, and continuing to refine the game.
And we'll keep doing that until we've created the game we set out to make.

OUR COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITY
The Rules Will Be Free. Forever.
This is something we've discussed extensively, and we're unanimous in our decision.
The Warfront rules will be a free, living digital download.
That means you'll never have to purchase a new edition just to have access to the most up-to-date version of the game.
As we refine the rules, make balance adjustments, introduce new mechanics or expand the game, we'll update the downloadable version.
No mandatory rulebook purchases. No paying for the latest updates.
We want the rules to be accessible to everyone, whether you've bought a single box of miniatures or built an entire collection.
Of course, we also know there are plenty of people who love having a physical rulebook in their hands. We're among them!
So, we'll also be offering a limited print run for those who would prefer a physical copy.
But the digital rules? Always free.
03 // DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP
RELEASE SCHEDULE: AN HONEST UPDATE
Finally, we want to talk about our release schedule.
Over the next day or so, we'll be making some changes to the dates currently displayed on our website, so please keep an eye out for the updated information.
When we originally planned our release schedule, we were perhaps a little too enthusiastic about how quickly we could bring three separate hard-plastic infantry kits to market.
We genuinely believed we could produce and deliver the US Infantry, Western PMC and British Infantry kits in rapid succession.
Unfortunately, the reality of manufacturing hard-plastic miniatures has proven considerably more complicated than we initially anticipated.
There are far more stages, checks, revisions and logistical considerations involved than we appreciated when we first put those dates together.
IMPORTANT RELEASE UPDATE
The Western PMC release timeline has changed.
Revised dates will be shared as soon as they're confirmed.
We know that delays are frustrating, particularly for those of you who have already supported us with pre-orders, and we don't take that support for granted.
What we can say is that we're learning an enormous amount with every stage of the process.
Our priority is to deliver miniatures we're proud of, rather than rush something through production simply to meet a date we set before fully understanding the process.
The good news is that everything we've learned from the US Infantry and Western PMC kits is already helping us improve how we approach future releases.
We're confident that the British Infantry release schedule will be much more realistic and tightly managed as a result.
We'll share the revised dates as soon as they're confirmed.
Thank you for your patience, your understanding and, most importantly, your continued support.
That's All for This Week!
It's an exciting time for Warfront.
Our first hard-plastic infantry kit is almost heading out to customers, our rules are getting closer to public testing, and we're continuing to build the foundations for everything we want Warfront to become.
There's still plenty of work ahead of us, but we're making progress every week.
And none of it would be possible without you.
As always, thank you for being part of the journey!
Andy
