Monday Meeting (On a Wednesday!) – Better Late Than Never

WARFRONT STUDIO // MONDAY MEETING
A LITTLE LATE, A LOT TO TALK ABOUT!
US Infantry Plastics, British Infantry Improvements, Western PMC Production & New Command Models!
Firstly, yes, it's Wednesday.
It's been a frantically busy week here at Warfront Studio, but for very good reason. There's been a huge amount happening behind the scenes, and we've got plenty to show you.
So, let's dive straight in!
01 // A HUGE MILESTONE
US INFANTRY SAMPLE PLASTICS HAVE SHIPPED!
First and foremost, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to review the sample frames we've sent out so far.
I have to admit, the frame is WAY MORE packed than even we were expecting!
But I want to highlight just how important this milestone is for Warfront Studio.
Until now, if you've handed over your hard-earned money to Warfront, you've essentially been taking a gamble on a dream. A dream that modern hard-plastic infantry miniatures could become a reality.
Well, We're Here. Real Plastic Miniatures, Out in the World!
We now have real, physical plastic miniatures out in the world. People are holding them, building them, and getting their first proper look at what we've been working towards for so long.
And so far, the reception seems to have been overwhelmingly positive.
It's a huge milestone for us, and I genuinely want to thank everyone who has supported Warfront and helped us get to this point.
We've still got plenty of work ahead of us, but seeing our first plastic kit become a reality is something we're incredibly proud of.
02 // PRODUCTION & PLANNING
AN UPDATE TO OUR RELEASE SCHEDULE
Our release schedule is being updated as we speak, so please do take a moment to check it.
Having now gone through the process of getting our first plastic kit into production, we have a much more realistic understanding of how long production, revisions, quality checks and getting everything ready for release actually takes.
There have been lessons learned along the way, and we're taking those lessons into account as we plan our upcoming releases.
We would much rather give you realistic dates than promise something we cannot deliver.
As always, we'll keep you informed as things progress, and we're committed to being open about where each kit is in development.
03 // BRITISH INFANTRY DEVELOPMENT
GETTING THE DETAILS RIGHT
Now, onto the British Infantry, where we've had some important feedback over the past week.
Some very valid criticism has been raised online regarding a couple of items in the kit, namely the GPMG and the Virtus body armour.
And, to be completely fair, the people raising these points were right.
The GPMG
There were three issues with the original design:
- The barrel was too long.
- The flash hider was oversized.
- And, rather embarrassingly, the carry handle was on the wrong side!
The good news is that we've already corrected the barrel length and the flash hider. The only remaining issue is the carry handle, which we expect to have corrected imminently.
The Virtus Body Armour
We've also received some feedback regarding the accuracy of the Virtus body armour, particularly the details that make it distinctively British.
To address this, we're adding a buckle to the right-hand side of the armour.
Now, I do want to be upfront about this. There is no guarantee that this particular change will make it into the final plastic production. Its position on the body and the level of detail required mean it may not translate perfectly into plastic at this scale.
But I can promise we'll do our best.
Your Feedback Is Helping Us Build Better Miniatures.
One of the things we've always wanted Warfront to be is a company that listens to its customers.
We're not going to get every single detail right on the first attempt, but when something is brought to our attention, we'll look at it properly and make changes wherever we reasonably can.
And if that means taking a little longer to get something right, then so be it.

WESTERN PMC PLASTICS: DESIGNS FINALISED!
Now, onto something we're incredibly excited about.
Archon Studio has finalised the parts for our Western PMC plastic kit, and we're moving into the next stage of getting everything laid out for production.
I'm a firm believer that pictures paint a thousand words, so rather than rambling on about how happy we are with these...
Here's 6,000 Words' Worth of Western PMC Updates!
We are absolutely over the moon with how these have turned out.
The level of detail that has been retained, the variety of weapons, the equipment options and the sheer amount we're hoping to squeeze onto the frame are all incredibly exciting.
The next stage is layout, where we'll find out exactly how much we can fit onto a plastic frame.
Once again, hats off to the team at Archon Studio for their hard work and for helping us bring these miniatures to life.
If you haven't already pre-ordered your Western PMCs, there's still time to get them at the pre-order price.
WESTERN PMC // PRE-ORDERS
Build Your Western PMC Force
With the production designs finalised and frame layout underway, there's never been a better time to take a look at our upcoming Western PMC plastic kit.

WESTERN PMC COMMAND TEAM: FIRST LOOK!
Before we wrap things up, we wanted to share one final little preview.
We've received some very early renders of our upcoming Western PMC Command Kit, and we thought you might like to see what we're working on.
On the left, we have our Local Interpreter, and on the right, our Combat Medic.
As you can see, there are a plethora of accessories being developed alongside these models, both for the two miniatures shown and for several other members of the Command Team that we're planning.
These are very early renders, so there's still work to be done, but we're really pleased with the direction they're heading.
We'll have more to show you as development progresses!
AND THAT'S A WRAP!
Well, that turned into quite the update!
Between getting our first physical plastic samples out into the world, making improvements to the British Infantry, finalising our Western PMC production designs and working on new resin kits, it's certainly not been a quiet week.
There's still an enormous amount of work ahead of us, but it's genuinely exciting to see Warfront's range taking shape.
As always, thank you for your continued support, your feedback, and for sticking with us as we build something we're incredibly passionate about.
See you at the next Monday Meeting.
Hopefully on a Monday this time!
